On August 29, Sino Industry and Trade Co., Ltd.(SITC) and the headquarters of Bank of China(BOC) signed a strategic cooperation agreement at the head office of BOC. Liu Jin, director-general of BOC, Wang Zhiheng, vice director-general of BOC, Qingliang Shang, vice general manager of SITC, Xiuhai Wang, president of SITC, attended the contract-signing ceremony and had a meeting together.
According to the agreement, both parties will deepen cooperation in credit, deposit, direct financing, supply chain financing, and other sectors. BOC will offer a home-currency credit line up to 10 billion Yuan to SITC.
President Wang expressed his thanks to the long-term strong supports that BOC had provided to SITC. He said SITC and BOC had a long history of business cooperation and close partnership in supply chain, factory expansion and other sectors. He hoped both parties would further deepen strategic partnership and all-around cooperation in supply chain finance, new factories construction and work for a better future together.
Mr. Liu appreciated SITC’s perennial trusts on and supports to BOC and congratulated SITC on its new factory completion. He said both parties had shared weal and woe and progressed together in the past 40 years. He hopes this strategic cooperation agreement will continue to deepen their all-around partnership. BOC wishes to avail its comprehensive globalization advantages and allocate its resources collectively to provide all-around services to SITC and support its business development at home and abroad.
The company will introduce internationally most advanced production equipments, including die casting machine, robot automatic system, more advanced CNC machining center and ect. SITC will also learn mature and advanced technology concepts from equipment and system suppliers to fully realize automatic intelligent production in the factory from the aspects of process automation, AGV intelligent material distribution system and unmanned production unit. These global-leading equipments will actively and fully support the whole process of SITC’s capacity expansion, technology transformation and upgrade, and provide the most suitable and advanced technical scheme and high-class technical service support to ensure that SITC is able to build up a whole leading intelligent manufacturing system in the industry.
By signing strategic cooperation agreement with BOC, SITC fully demonstrates that it will continuously insist promoting enterprise concept of core technology competitiveness, system management, and intelligent production. SITC will be bound to be developed into a world-class precision machinery manufacture enterprise in the near future!
